1. About the service

Lumen provides image generation and creative assistance powered by AI models. Results are probabilistic and may not fully match your prompt. We do not warrant that results are suitable for medical, legal, financial, news fact-finding or other high-risk uses.

Specific providers, model names, request identifiers and retail prices are listed on our Pricing and models page. Models are accessed through a third-party API service; this does not imply an official vendor partnership or vendor-operated service.

2. Accounts, credits and top-ups

• Register with a valid email address that can receive messages, and keep your account and password secure.
• Purchased credits may only be used for features displayed in this service. Prices and credit consumption rules are as shown on the relevant page.
• If a task fails to complete due to model calls, network issues or compliance controls, we will investigate the circumstances. Malicious abuse, artificial traffic or attempts to bypass restrictions may result in restricted use.

Content standards and prohibited categories

Generating, editing or distributing these six categories is prohibited: pornography / NSFW; violence / graphic gore; hate speech; child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child endangerment; deepfakes / impersonation; and copyright / trademark infringement.

Detailed standards, source-material responsibilities, the moderation mechanisms currently in place, report handling and appeals are described in the Content Standards and Acceptable Use policy, which forms part of these terms.

3. Your input and responsibilities

• Ensure you have the necessary rights for your input, uploaded materials and intended use, and do not infringe others' likeness, reputation, privacy, intellectual property or other lawful rights.
• Do not use the service to generate or distribute information prohibited by laws or regulations, or to create or distribute harmful content involving fraud, impersonation, malicious deepfakes, violence or pornography.
• Do not remove, alter, forge or conceal labels identifying AI-generated content, or help others do so.

4. Labeling AI-generated content

Lumen displays ‘AI-generated’ notices in appropriate places, such as the generation interface and result previews. If you use results for public distribution, advertising, commercial display or situations likely to mislead the public, retain the labels and proactively disclose that the content is AI-generated. 5. Content handling and complaints

For content suspected of being unlawful, infringing or in breach of these terms, we may stop generation, restrict access, remove content or take other necessary measures. Anyone may use the content report form to submit a complaint or additional materials. We will usually complete an initial investigation and reply within 7 business days.

6. Updates and contact

We may update these terms due to changes in features, legal requirements or security needs, and update the date on this page. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
