LUMEN PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-20
This policy is issued by 光室服务运营方 and explains how we process personal information you provide or generate when using Lumen. Please read it carefully before registering. If you disagree with this policy, including the section on Hong Kong servers and cross-border processing below, please do not register or use the service.
1. Information we collect and its uses
- Account information: Your email, password hash and nickname are used for account creation, sign-in, identity verification and service notices.
- Service and transaction information: Credit balances, order status and necessary generation task records are used to complete generation, reconcile top-ups, resolve disputes and conduct security audits.
- Input and generation information: Prompts and necessary technical records of generated results are used to complete tasks you initiate, troubleshoot issues and address policy violations and infringement complaints.
- Device and access information: Access times, referring pages and irreversibly anonymized visitor fingerprints are used to measure unique traffic sources, prevent abuse and secure the service. We do not display plain-text IP addresses in the traffic dashboard.
- Complaint information: The complainant's email, relevant links and description are used to receive, follow up on, investigate and handle complaints.
2. Hong Kong servers and cross-border processing
To provide reliable access, accounts, tasks and order services, Lumen currently uses cloud servers and related infrastructure in Hong Kong, China for storage and computing. When you register, use the service or submit a complaint, we transfer and store information necessary for the relevant functions in this Hong Kong environment.
This may include account emails, nicknames, service and order records, prompts, generation task records, complaint materials and necessary security logs. Processing is limited to providing the service, ensuring security, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. We take reasonable measures including access controls, least-privilege permissions and protection during transmission, and fulfill notice, consent and other cross-border processing obligations as required by applicable law.
If you disagree with this processing, you may stop registering or using the service and use the content report form to request deletion, access, correction or withdrawal of relevant consent. This may prevent us from continuing to provide functions that depend on such processing.
3. Retention, sharing and entrusted processing
We retain information only for the shortest period necessary for its purpose, unless laws or regulations require otherwise. We do not sell your personal information. To provide email, cloud infrastructure or model services, we may entrust capable service providers with necessary information and require agreed protection measures. We do not provide personal information to unrelated third parties unless required by law, with your consent or to handle your explicit request.
4. Your rights
To the extent permitted by law, you may request access to, copies of, correction, supplementation or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent or close your account. Submit your request through the content report form and state your account email and request. We may verify your identity to protect account security.
5. Minors, updates and contact
Minors should use the service under a guardian's guidance. We may update this policy and mark the new update date on this page. For questions about personal information protection, contact us through the content report form. We will handle requests as soon as possible after receiving them.
