AI Content Labeling

Last updated: 2026-10-20

Lumen provides AI image generation services. To help the public identify the source of content and reduce confusion, we use explicit labels such as interface notices for generated content, and continue improving file labeling capabilities.

Which AI models are used

Current image-service configurations include OpenAI GPT Image 2.5 Flare, Google Nano Banana 2 / Nano Banana Pro (Gemini), ByteDance Seedream 5 Lite / 4.5 / 5 Pro, and Alibaba Qwen Image 3 Pro. Template-prompt editing uses DeepSeek. These are accessed through third-party API services and are not models developed by Lumen.

For resolutions, currently offered request identifiers and prices, see Pricing and models. Use of every model is subject to the Content Standards and Acceptable Use policy.

1. How the platform labels content

  • Display ‘AI-generated’ notices in interactive views such as result previews and enlarged images.
  • Continue developing technical measures compatible with file labeling requirements for applicable download, copy and export scenarios.
  • Provide notices alongside displayed content that the platform identifies, or users declare, as AI-generated.

2. Your responsibilities

  • When publishing results on social platforms, in advertising, news, transactions or other settings that may affect public judgment, proactively disclose that the content is AI-generated.
  • Do not maliciously remove, alter, forge or conceal AI labels, or pass generated content off as real photography, genuine evidence or another person's identity.
  • For people, brands, creative works or sensitive events, ensure you have the necessary rights and avoid deception, defamation, infringement or other harm.

3. How to report a problem

If generated content lacks appropriate labels, appears to impersonate someone, infringes others' rights or violates platform rules, use the content report form to submit links, an explanation and necessary materials. We will record and investigate the report, and usually provide an initial response or action within 7 business days.
